Dear little Ava was christened at Holy Name of Mary Church in Hunters Hill, Sydney, on a warm cloudy day. Who knew that just taking a bath could capture the fragility, the exquisiteness, the brand-newness of a baby? Unposed surprise wedding – Maeve and Lorenzo

Maeve and Lorenzo invited me to photograph their wonderful and unusual surprise wedding in the small town of Katoomba, in NSW's Blue Mountains. Wedding on the beach – Verity and Wazza

Beach. Teal dress. Celebratory piñata. Oh man. This wedding. Ooooooooh, this wedding. Family documentary shoot – Robbie on the farm

This is the third time I have photographed little Robbie and his family - I photographed his amazing mother Bridget while she was pregnant, being loved by her gorgeous horses (you can see it here), and then I photographed Robbie and his parents when he was only a few weeks old (you can see it here!). Family shoot – Rory in Scone

Christening shoot – Catholic Christening in Waverley

Recently I photographed the christening of gorgeous little Georgia at Mary Immaculate Church, in Waverley. I really enjoy documenting orthodox and traditional ceremonies such as these because they always come with such a sense of occasion and are filled with such wonderful traditions, and this Catholic ceremony in this spectacular church was no exception.
