I ventured in to Circular Quay one fine, chilly night to photography Hills SVL Group‘s installation at the Vivid Festival in Sydney. The piece is a huge glowing, pulsating water droplet, with synthesised bells inside that chime with the movement of its occupants. The chimes could be heard reverberating through the Rocks and out across the water, and the glow from the light-panelled walls was ethereal. With a backdrop of the Harbour Bridge as well as a beautiful giant chandelier, it’s hard to go wrong. You can see my images featured on their site here.

And of course, the rest of the exhibit was fantastic. I wish Sydney looked like this all the time.
